First, let me start with what I think is the only real downside. The stick I feel is about half an inch smaller than the buttons and my hands are on the smaller side. If you're one of those people who doesn't put their hands on the board, this shouldn't be a problem. I like the Mayflash F300 stock, especially for the price. For PS3 and PC, it directly plugs in and plays as long as you press the switch on top, while for XBOX ONE, you need the original controller and the included cable. It's fine

I've had both the F300 and F500, I sold the F300 because of its relatively flat little palm rest in the button area and it just felt uncomfortable due to the sloping front. Bought this as my first stick to upgrade later with quality parts. I currently only use stock parts and they seem to work pretty well. The joystick itself feels pretty good and has nice audible feedback, although admittedly the clicks are loud, but I suspect this is the standard based on what I've seen on other joysticks.
