Just plug in and get started.

I bought this to replace a broken standard switch (of course). This is the exact replacement. Installation is easy, works great.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Fragile

Economical replacement part OEM

This OEM switch will fix the problem with a dim brake light and a third brake light not working. A simple replacement at a very competitive price for Mazda OEM parts.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

I'm pretty sure I spent $300 on a brake light assembly.

I'm pretty sure I spent $300 to replace the brake light assembly. The dealer could have diagnosed the problem better, which turned out to be a simple switch problem. Ease of installation. Works great. A++

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • So far so good

Tricky installation

Tricky installation. If you don't do it right, the switch may not work properly. The switch features a spring-loaded automatic calibration mechanism. The following is required for a correct calibration: 1. Set switch 2. Leave the brake pedal in the released position.3. plug in. As soon as you plug in the calibration mechanism works and you will hear a springy click. Be careful not to step on the pedal while plugging in the jack.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Weight

Worked great in my 2011 Mazda CX-9

not glowing at all - scary! I had no idea until the safety inspector told me about it). A little debugging showed me it was a faulty brake light switch. This replacement fitted perfectly and the repair was fairly easy (several YouTube videos of the short process are available). That solved the problem! Works great so far!

Pros
  • . Great for a small home
Cons
  • . Questionable purchase for seniors.

It does not work? Best Switches and Relays

Replaced Brake Booster. This caused the powertrain indicator (wrench indicator) to come on. The only problem was that I couldn't turn on the cruise control. I read that if you mess around with the booster you will need to replace the brake sensor bulb. It needs to be recalibrated each time with a new sensor (seems counterintuitive and wasteful). Bought this new sensor. Installed correctly (installed first before connecting). This removed the wrench light but the TCS light came on. My brake also

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Discontinued
