Makes your neighbors happy

Duramax away. The noise level is right between remote and stock. Still a decent bark when you hit the gas. Definitely makes the neighbors happier

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Approximately

Good muffler - muffler

Live streaming my 2014 6.7 and it sounded cool but got too loud. It gave him a pleasant tone. If you really pick it up, it still has a nice loud tone, but nothing fancy like a straight trumpet. Fits right on my 2014 Dodge Flow Pro exhaust.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Waiting too long

I replaced the ATC muffler which was cracked and rattling.

Replaced the mufflers that were cracking and rattling in my Duramax. This muffler appears to be well built and runs much quieter than the old one. While driving I only hear engine noise, not the exhaust, from the outside of the truck the exhaust sounds about the same as any other Duramax.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Annoyed

Great muffler for any diesel truck!

Good design and perfect fit. I installed it on my Duramax 2010. I definitely helped muffle the 4 inch exhaust. It still has a nice smooth sound coming from the outside of the truck. But not evil, like a straight pipe. No complaints! I hooked it up to a 17" RTD resonator and it was as quiet as a factory in the cab. what I intended.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Pretty nice to be able to have a non-yelling conversation

Bought for 99 Power engine with 4" direct exhaust and single injectors. The noise level at idle has practically not changed. The noise level in the cabin when driving on the highway has been significantly improved. The noise level at 65 mph (measured on my Android) went from an average of 79dB to an average of 74dB. I didn't notice any increase in emissions when driving uphill without a load. I haven't tested the load yet. , i will try to update after i do it. It's nice to be able to have a…

Costs money! best in performance parts and accessories

Was a little skeptical based on the YouTube video, didn't seem reassuring enough but bought it anyway. And I'm glad I bought it! My truck now idles quietly, still has a nice sound when I get on it, almost too quiet, but maybe it could get a little louder after a breakdown. But so far I'm very happy with the result. My car is a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 Cummins with a 2nd generation fleece swap and a 4 inch exhaust. Unfortunately, I no longer hear my turbo whistle when idling, but being able to…

Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • Easily repairable

You can have the best of both worlds

I, like many others, let my inner teen out when I decided to straighten my 2007 LBZ Duramax about 2 weeks ago. While this might have you smiling from ear to ear, reality kicks in real quick when you put your wife and 13-month-old in a pickup truck. After doing a lot of research, I decided that this would probably be the best choice. It was immediately noticed that this "tames” the rumble and loud rumble, which in turn pleased his wife. But you still hear a bit of that famous Duramax whistle at…

Pros
  • Hands free work
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Wow! It should have happened long ago.

My 2006 Dodge 5.9 Cummins has had a 4 inch straight pipe for the last few years. That's not my daily driver. It's fun around town but after 2 hours with a heavy trailer my eardrums get really heavy so I bought my MBRP truck for Christmas. Wow what a difference. The first thing that struck me was how much smoother the motor sounds. It's a more comfortable experience across the board: in the cockpit, standing next to it at idle, the windows are down when the throttle is close to the block wall…

Pros
  • There's something there
Cons
  • Minor issues
