5/24/13 I have used this Mc Gill brand before and I LOVE their product. It is durable and will last a very long time. I ordered 5 of these and when I received them they were TERRIBLE! It came with no packaging, no handle cover and no McGill branding anywhere. I believe the company that sold me this product did an exchange and it is VERY disappointing. It wasn't even a 5/16" hit! The purple plastic holder on the bottom pops open every time you punch a hole in the plastic or paper. Then all the punched holes will fly in different directions.
