5/24/13 I have used this Mc Gill brand before and I LOVE their product. It is durable and will last a very long time. I ordered 5 of these and when I received them they were TERRIBLE! It came with no packaging, no handle cover and no McGill branding anywhere. I believe the company that sold me this product did an exchange and it is VERY disappointing. It wasn't even a 5/16" hit! It was a regular 1/8" hit. Anyone looking to purchase this product should research this vendor before purchasing. 05/31/13 Be careful. I just received a physical call from the price breakers who are very upset with my review. Of course, prior to this phone call, he expressed his dissatisfaction via email. He kept insisting on how reckless and harsh my criticism was, but he didn't care why I was so upset. When I told him why I was upset (because he replaced the product I ordered with a generic one), he told me he knew about it. When I asked why, he just hung up. But now I have to pay shipping so I can return this item which he sent me wrong. Before purchasing I would email them to see if this is a genuine MC Gil product. This product should come in a plastic bag with a very comfortable purple handle.
