This is a great temperature sensor. It is well made and the thread seals well, which is very important with stainless steel. It can be calibrated but arrived on site.

Easy to read and install but not accurate at all. I've already calibrated it twice and it's still far off, about 12-14 degrees. Spend a little more and get reliable.

Great item. The dial is very large, easy to read when drinking beer and making beer at the same time. This takes the guesswork out of when it will reach temperature and want to turn off the burners.

I use it to control the temperature in the lead smelter when melting lead ingots. He kept me updated on the temperature so I could keep it at the exact temperature for casting my cartridges and making new lead rods. Thanks for a great product

I bought two of these and was very surprised at how well designed and made they are. Calibration wise they matched exactly and matched exactly to an old American made Kodak glass alcohol photo thermometer I bought in 1969.

Fixing nut, washer and gasket are not included with this product. I used a nut, washer and gasket from a Horiznext 1/2" NPT valve that comes with additional hardware. My build was on a thin stainless steel pan and it took extra pressure to seal. The thermometer itself is very easy to read .

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. What I can see is that this sensor is made of quality materials and seems to last a very long time. The gauge is easy to read and does not fog up (I've had this item for a few months now). The accuracy seems to be on par with my other sensors. I recommend this device to my family, friends and everyone who reads this review.

A better deal than the big names is stainless steel and it works very well for the price. I bought a teapot on sale and you didn't realize it came without a thermometer but with a large hole due to a 'fault'. so i had to pick it up.
