Very durable! in cycling

I have mounted them on my Crosstrail bike although I only ride on the road. I'm over 230lbs so far, they can handle my weight and pedaling power much better than the set I broke the bike shop installed, they replaced my original set which I bent. Installation was easy after realizing there is a left and right side, look for "L" and "R".

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Expensive

Don't waste your money

I bought it in August, now it's May and the right one is knocking and crunching - but I don't drive in the snow so I haven't seen much use in it. The pins hold up better than $8 plastic pedals, but the bearings on them are much worse. What nonsense, 3 pairs of plastic pedals for the same money would be better. Update November 2018: the one on the right fell off the wave. I think 3 years is actually a lot better than I expected.

Pros
  • Price
Cons

Beautiful, functional, affordable

I bought these for an island blaster/grocery store e-bike. The platform style plus cleats create the perfect combination of comfort and confident traction. The bearings installed correctly and installed without much fuss. Aside from those boring, functional bits, these little ones look great on my all-black bike. Carefully insert a flathead screwdriver between the pedal and reflector, then give it a slight twist and you'll get rid of those ugly critters.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Not the best

excellent sealed bottom bracket for the price

first impression; They look solid, if a bit heavy. chunky and will bite into your shoes with no clips and just what I need with an attractive price compared to most of its kind. I had to search through a lot of sealed stock pedals to find this one and it costs well under $20 with good enough reviews that I just had to grab it. I expect good service from these pedals but will update this review if I run into any issues.

Pros
  • all good!
Cons
  • Doubtful

Love my new Meetlocks pedals

Love my new Meetlocks pedals. I ride 10 km a day all year round. I've only had these new pedals a few months, but they've weathered a lot of nasty rain puddles and continue to run great. I was concerned that the slick metal surface would not snag my shoes, especially on some of Seattle's hills that I climb daily. However, the small nubs on the surface of the pedal allow my show to hold the pedal without slipping. Overall I am very happy with the performance and price of these MeetLocks pedalsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small house

Only good until they are.

I liked these pedals so I bought several pairs of these pedals for my other bikes. Imagine my surprise when after using a set for less than 6 months, maybe 3 or 4 times a week, for a total of no more than 4 hours, one of my pedals broke the spindle. Well I had read the Meetlocks Customer Satisfaction Summary prior to my purchase and I was confident that if I emailed them they would respond to me in a timely manner to resolve my issue. They announced that. It's been 3 business days and I stillโ€ฆ

Cons
  • I have no dislikes, everything is fine

Great price on MTB pedals!

Appears to be a Wellgo MG1 clone but as Wellgo makes about 95% of the world's bicycle pedals I wouldn't be surprised if this was actually made for me. We had 4 pairs of Wellgo MG1s in our family and we had a pair that were only 8 months old (the whole pedal fell apart and the bearings scattered all over the road). After the Wellgo guarantee nightmare, I am no longer loyal to the brand. That's why I ordered the MEETLOCKS brand. As far as I can look at and use these pedals they are of the sameโ€ฆ

Bought for me and a neighbor. I love her!

My stock Schwinn pedals on my road bike were terrible and even tore my shins in a fall. These Meet Locks are beautifully crafted pedals. Size: Wider and longer than my standard pedals, giving me more legroom and easier pedaling. Traction: The cleats/cleats on the pedal help keep the shoe on the pedal. I like the grip feel. No problem with shoes slipping off the pedal. Materials: Light weight is the best way to use bike parts. The alloy materials are strong and I'm sure they can handle heavyโ€ฆ

Pros
