Wax on grasshopper

This is awesome! I have been using the M105 on my boat for many years. This material is much easier to use. Longer working time and amazing results with no dust, one pass with this material and a layer of wax. It's like a mirror.

Great exterior maintenance

I can't say enough good things about this product. Much better than the 105 and 205 formulations with fillers. Featuring a twisted wool pad on a rotating buffer, the M100 effortlessly removes 1500 grit scratches, leaving you with a beautiful, clean and crisp finish. Keep polishing and you will be very satisfied.

Pros
  • Great value for money
Cons
  • Crumpled

I was an M105 fan until I tried this one.

The M100 is even better than the M105. Heavy cutting paste for use with foam pads. One day I removed everything (DA, pads, extension) and noticed a spot I had missed. I took a microfiber cloth and put some M100 on it. I rubbed the stain and it worked great! Much less dust compared to 105. Also, it is easier to wash and lasts longer. Also cuts better. An improvement over the M105 - now obsolete!

  • Free for educational purposes

It's ok just not 3M or other quality brands

I've been polishing for 12 years now and my colleague told me to try it so I bought a quart and used a lot of different foam pads and even wool which differs feels like this works best. Although removing vertebrae was a different story as it cuts deeply and is time consuming, I used 201 which complements this compound but did almost nothing with the foam pads 🙄. 3m is easy to use, delivers great results and shines for years.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Expensive

Stones in a Bottle! in outdoor care

Fast-acting, aggressive formulation with excellent finishing properties. Good for removing oxidation quickly. I use this on commercial vehicles and touching up paintwork where I can't get the sand wet (wet sanding and compounding takes half the time of trying to paint properly with just the M100). Some are content to apply a final step product immediately after M100. I highly recommend using M205 (or similar) and then applying LSP. When the store is brightly lit, the turbidity of the mixture is

Great with DA polisher - an improvement over Ultra-Cut Compound 105

Decided to use this in place of my regular Ultra-Cut Compound 105 from Meguiar. I've been using 105 for years as part of a 3-step process of finishing with a Porter Cable DA polisher (6-inch PORTER-CABLE 7424XP Variable Speed Polisher). I use a set of SPTA 6" 150mm polishing pads for polishing cars, a set of 5. Here are my steps: 1. Ultra-Cut Compound 105. Orange Gasket Spare Parts.2. Ultrafinish Polish 205. Blue Overlay ZIP. 3. Synthetic Sealant 2.0 Black overlay ZIP Has more cutting power…

Head and shoulders above the rest!

My wife and I run a quality parts store and one of our services is color grading. We never know what might come through our doors, and my 2015 Ford F-150 is one of them. I bought a used truck, in perfect condition except for the paint, I knew the paint was bad when I bought it without thinking about anything serious. Well I tried my connections we had one of which was my m105. It worked but took many section passes, dust was a big problem so I bought an m100 which I have never used in detail in

Highly recommend this product for minor scratches it works very well

Tried this product on my work trolley and was very impressed with how it was able to remove minor scratches, even a few semi-deep scratches. I highly recommend this product for minor scratches, it works very well. I bought a Meguiar G3500 DA Power System Tool and hooked it up to my parts and it worked really well. For best results use all three in the mix M100 Mirror Glaze Pro Speed , then use Meguiar M205 Mirror Glaze Ultra Finishing and finally a good car wax. It's a lot of work, but it's…

The best abrasive haze remover!

If you're looking for a product that works with 3M pads, costs a lot less than advertised European counterparts, and veils away from sanding, then this is for you! This is the only product I have found that removes 100% haze in just a few passes and works well as a one step polish. 3000 pads and with her white mixing pad. I first tried Sonax's Cutmax which is a notch lower than the M105. Both products only remove 75% haze after sanding. I've also tried Menzerna's Super Heavy Cut 300 which…
