Bought this lens for a one off portrait shot of three kids. It worked great on my Sony A-6000. Not difficult to focus (manually) and very good results. Highly recommended.

I like this lens and use it a lot. I am not a professional or semi-professional photographer. So if there is a problem with the lens, I don't know enough to talk about it. I know I like the picture I take of him so I give it 4 stars.

Words fail me to describe this lens! First, you save money! It has amazing picture quality, manual controls so you'll have to fiddle with it to figure it out, and best of all it doesn't have an E-mount adapter. Fits snugly and securely on my Sony A6000.

Very happy with this purchase. I just bought my first camera (Sony Alpha A6000) and this lens has been excellent so far. I tested various portrait shots and was really impressed with the image quality, especially at such a low price. I will definitely be buying a Meike 35mm soon because of the positive experience with it.

I really like what you can get with this lens, but after a few months of use, the build quality quickly showed. It came with dust inside which I didn't notice at first. 2. turned out separately from the manual focus. 3. The lens cap that came with the kit scratched my lens glass. maybe it's just what i have. Also, I think it's a good lens that you can take unique photos with.

This is a MANUAL lens - make sure you know this does not mean auto focus or manipulation of the lens controls from the camera body. You have to do all this manually. That aside, this lens is pretty sharp, and if you have a top-focus camera, focusing shouldn't be a problem for you. I like it for portraits and other situations where a wide aperture is useful. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price but the lens has a really great build quality, it's not the best but it doesn't feel cheap, just keep in mind that it's a MANUAL FOCUS, if that's not a problem for you, don't think twice and just buy it.
