An okay tool but could definitely improve

I like that it allows me to see all of the members of my association and their contact information. I dislike that it is not very user friendly. I have to spend a lot of time looking up information. I also dislike that I have to be logged in to use it. Also, it is not very mobile friendly. It is good for the basic information. I would not recommend it for a more robust database.   • Great layout
  • Easy access from anywhere! You can log into your account even if you are offline!!
  • Very easy set up procedure (took about 10 minutes)
  • Allows great customer service by wayof email or phone support(and they answer quickly!)
Cons
  • Can't change data once posted.
  • No notifications/
