This is an abrasive for Power Sander Parts & Accessories

This product is listed as non-abrasive but looks like a Scotch Brite sponge which I consider to be abrasive. Not suitable for polishing.

Pros
  • 20 White Fleece Hand Pads. Each is 6x9 inches.
Cons
  • No performance

Used as an economical wood finishing applicator. Works great

I bought these pads to apply OSMO Polyx-Oil Wood Finish. They worked great as they are non-abrasive and pick up a small amount of paint from a can. I cut them into 2x2 squares, making them a very economical applicator. OSMO is an expensive finish, but a small amount will do. You want a pillow that won't soak up unnecessary top layers. this patch worked great!

Pros
  • Washable and reusable for longer life
Cons
  • Not sure

Excellent for coating with Hardwax Oil

I use them to apply Hardwax Oil (Osmo). Great as it won't scratch wood but not so fine that it clogs easily. A little sand is actually good for any residual wood dust problem, even if I blew the surface off with an air compressor. Great for my application and use in terms of functionality and price compared to custom finish liners. I cut each individual pad into small 2x2 squares for use on the go. As soon as one gets too dirty or nasty, I switch to another clean one. If you want to polish them

Pros
  • Non-metallic. There is no "post rust" product on surfaces
Cons
  • Not sure
