This transponder chip key has not been pre-programmed as advertised. After the key was cut off, he opened the door but did not start the engine. I had to take the key to a locksmith to have it programmed which cost $55. It would have been easier if the local hardware store sold me a programmed key for $69.

Received before estimated delivery time. I took it to a locksmith to have it cut and then just added a key to the PATS system in my 2004 Mercury Monterey. I lost one of my keys so now I have two again, hopefully I can find the lost one. The key was exactly as described. Would love to do business with them again. It was Ford's official license key.
