Merge AMP Review

I like how my data from other platforms can be used in mergeamp to target new leads or customers for different channels (email/phone). The tool was easy enought to learn but not too user friendly which makes it difficult at times to use when you are trying to perform some tasks quickly. There were many free features available we could have had access to sooner instead of having to purchase them later after using their product. The most helpful feature about mergeamp was its ease to use for my team members who are new at this field or not familiarized in using it yet! It's very easy once you get used too!! I dislike how there isn't an upgrade path when something goes wrong ( like if someone has their account logged out ). This makes me feel as though i'm stuck without knowing what else can be done since they don’t give any support after hours either. There really needs more training options available so people aren't
