Merino vs Wool. Vulino wins (slight advantage).

I have a 0-2 Woolino sleeping bag. I bought this 2-4 merino for my growing toddler thinking it would be better for the price. Only 2 items bother me but for $140 it should be freaking perfect so I deducted 1 star for each item. I will say that the Merino sleeping bag is a bit softer than the Woolino and comes in nice packaging, but the Woolino wins for two reasons: (1) Both "shoulders" of the Woolino sleeping bag are strong zippers. Merino has only one shoulder with buttons. The beauty of…

Best cozy sleeping bag for babies

This is the best sleeping bag ever made. The construction is very high quality and most importantly the material - merino wool - is incredibly soft. It doesn't even have the "woolly" prickliness of a good merino wool. It's literally as soft as an old worn cotton jersey t-shirt. However, it is thick, warm and breathable. For chilly nights, it's perfect for baby's comfortable sleep. Shoulder closures and a bottom zip make it easy to move your baby when going to bed. Baby can move, kick and turn…

Great Brand Great Product

Love this sleeping bag, love this company, love their customer service. We started using this for our little one at 9 months and a year later we are still at it. We've tried several brands, but Merino Kids' Merino wool seems to offer him the most comfort with the temperature swings in our old house. I was initially skeptical that our baby with sensitive skin would sleep in wool, but it defies the stereotype - it's soft inside and out. This product completely changed my understanding of the…

Merino Kids and Woolino

Just bought Merino Kids and Woolino in toddler (2-4) sizes. Woolino was lilac grey, Merino Kids was turtledove (light grey). We have several Merino Kids bags in sizes (0-2) and we love them, so we already know how good these wool bags are. However, I have never owned a Woolino so I decided to buy both toddler sized to compare. To be honest they are very similar (95% overlap). Here are the differences between them: * SIZE: Almost identical, but the Woolino is slightly narrower and longer…

The only sleeping bags you will ever need!

I love these sleeping bags! They keep my baby warm even in the coldest temperatures and offer comfort in the warmer months without the risk of overheating as the merino and cotton materials used are totally breathable. All natural fibers against my child's body. Great for sensitive skin, doesn't even irritate eczema sufferers (both of me). Moves with you on the bed so that the bedspread doesn't fly away. Don't worry about the covers snagging on my baby's head or restricting my baby's airflow…
