30 Degree Frame Nailer

low price, bought because I had 30 degree nail boxes with Paslode cutter heads for my Paslode Pulse frame. Hammered in a bunch of random size nails from 2" to 3.25" and worked fine. So far no problem. Serious work was not yet and is waiting for spring. I will know then.

Pros
  • WARRANTY: Covered by Metabo HPT 5 year warranty on Professional Tool
Cons
  • Zero

So far, so good. - Tape fasteners

I'm building a barn and my Harbor Freight Nailer is finally ready to use. Anyway, it has never worked so well. It works MUCH better. Easy depth adjustment, rarely misfires, relatively light weight (compared to Harbor Freight nailers). My complaints are as follows. 1) Spend 25 cents more and include a rubber cover for air ports, 2) It would be nice to have a carrying case. All in all it's worth it.

Pros
  • TOOL-LESS DEPTH ADJUSTMENT: Depth adjustment for sinking or pressing into various materials
Cons
  • Update Available

Gives Old Hammer a break.

Very good product! No problems so far, low weight and oriental depth setting. However, I must say a word of warning to anyone new to using nail guns. Avoid sequential mode when you need to hold the material being nailed. Unless you want to be nailed to a tree 😳 or just keep your hands off it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Pros
  • DEPTH ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT TOOLS: Depth adjustment for lowering or pressing various materials
Cons
  • not reliable

Better than expected!

Bought this based on other reviews and was not disappointed. This is my first carcass nailer. I have a small one that I only use for nails. I used this pup to frame my basement, works beautifully. Easy to use, light weight, looks durable. Very satisfied. And best of all - it supports 3 1/2 nails, hooray!

Pros
  • LOCKING: Fits 2" and 3-1/2" paper nail studs
Cons
  • So far so good

Common Post for Framing Nails

Use of 2" fence/gate nails causes this unit to frequently bind. Weed. The instructions say to drive a rod into the gun to move the hammer. The weapon was replaced after the first nail hammered caused a joint so strong that when a small sledgehammer hit a steel bar, I couldn't move the hammer. The replacement jammed a few times so I went back to the Revain and bought another shotgun.

Pros
  • AWARDS: Pro Preferred for Nailers for 7 consecutive years (2014-2020)*
Cons
  • Drill Bit Pack
