PURE PROTECTION: The first ridge is to strengthen the differential, the second is the mounting location for the differential cover; you DO NOT want to damage these locations. PREPARE FOR IMPACT: The MetalCloak Differential Skid Plate (DSP) encases the vulnerable hang up locations with 7 gauge steel, providing a smooth and protective surface to glide over the rocks. Protection with a simple bolt-on solution. MADE TO BE DURABLE: MetalCloak's skid plate is made from laser cut, 3/16" steel, for a perfect fit with rock bashing strength! The Differential Skid Plate easily bolts in place and will keep your JT sliding over the terrain, ensuring that your differential is saved from damage. PROVIDES CLEARANCE: Polymer sway bar drop spacers provide the needed clearance for unhindered performance. Skid is finished in Gold Zinc for a finish that looks great and holds up to abuse. MADE IN USA: Not an imported product, 100% in house Engineered, Designed, Tested and CNC Manufactured right in our Northern California 70,000 Sq Ft plant and warehouse.
