Perfectly tuned stereo for my car

I have a Saturn Ion 05 with a very outdated stereo. I bought this dash kit for my double din touchscreen stereo/DVD player which I also bought from Revain. Crutchfield said the radio wouldn't fit, but I bought it anyway. This kit worked exactly as I had hoped. It looks professionally installed and many people thought the stereo was in the car. This is a very good deal.

Does what it's supposed to, but could be better.

Does what it should. I use this in my 2014 Jeep Patriot to house the touchscreen head unit. It fits perfectly on my dashboard, but you can see the left and right side when viewed from an angle and there is enough light in the car between the adapter and the head unit. This is because the front of the device is quite thin and curved. Nobody has ever pointed this out to me, but I tend to notice. I think that's probably common on this car because I've seen other brands for this car and they have…

Cheap/ flimsy plastic but does the job

Used to fit a JVC KW-HDR81BT into my Saturn L200 (2001). Note that it actually contains 3 separate plastic parts - 2 side panels with holes for side mounting and a separate bezel that connects to the side panels in a lip slot to keep them at a specific height relative to the side panels. You must place the front panel between the side panels before screwing the side panels to the unit.
