Works well, controllable spray means the flux is applied exactly where you want it.

I've watched videos of people repairing boards with surface mount chips using what looks like flux under a microscope. oh wait, it's under a microscope. Got this along with some good quality solder, a TS100 soldering iron and desoldering cable and other toys to upgrade my 30 year old giant soldering iron. Repaired overhead connectors on a car stereo where the screen stopped working after 2 years. It was nice to be able to put the flux exactly where I wanted it in a controlled way rather than…
