It was black and thick and slippery and I suspect it's conductive due to the black carbon in it. Only time will tell if it lubricates the switch points of my welding machine well. It is believed that the carbon in the lubricant minimizes the arcing of the switches during switching. Again, only time will tell how effective this is. So it is still very early to give a proper review of this product.

It does what it should and is electrically conductive. Even tiny amounts that you can barely see have a resistance of less than 1MΩ, so be careful with this stuff around capacitors and batteries. Feels like I have all new TVs.
