Description of πŸ”¨ The Beadsmith Micro Embossing Hammer - Enhance Metalwork with Texture and Dimension - 9-inch Wooden Handle, 65mm Two-Sided Steel Head (1.5 & 2.5mm Faces) - Repousse Tool

REPOUSSE HAMMER: This embossing tool is use for a metalworking technique in which metal is shaped by hammering from the reverse side to create a design. Use to shape malleable metals such as pewter, sterling silver, aluminum, brass, copper, and nickel silver. METALSMITHING TOOL: A 9-inch wooden handle is the base for this two-sided hammer. The 65mm steel head weighs 1.7oz and the small faces measures 1.5 and 2.5mm, which are perfect for embossing in tight spaces, precision work and smaller, more delicate jewelry. GET CREATIVE: Use our embossing hammer to form indented texture and patterns on sheet metal. Use it to create custom made earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Use with leather, wire wrapping and riveting techniques to form steampunk, rock or heavy metal looks. Use in conjunction with embossing hammers to form domed shapes and other patterns. GREAT FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS: These metalworking techniques can be precise or forgiving, making them great for beginners and professionals alike. DIY hobby crafters will discover that with some experimenting unintentional designs can be transformed into beautiful works of art, while jewelry designers and metalsmiths will appreciate the accuracy of these hammers.
