Photos show plywood plies greater than 7 plies

Instructions show plywood plies exceeding the normal 7 plies for 3/4 plywood (15/16ths). This was confusing at first, until I realized that drum screws are only for plywood that is 3/4 thick or less.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

That does not fit. for power tool parts and accessories

Can't say the product isn't worth buying. I just want people to know that I have a 10" Ryobi table saw and the guides are too big for the guide. Delivery, packaging and product went well, now only has to send it back. I'll go back to the description and see if I missed something.

Great tool, not a gimmick

I'm usually skeptical of new inventions, but I gave it a try. I was drawn to the zero-play feature since my shop is in a garage and experiences extremes of humidity and temperature. This product worked great. The instructions aren't great, but it's pretty intuitive to a degree.

Won't fit the corner slots on my table (Ryobi 5/8 ")

I didn't pay attention to the stem size when ordering (and didn't know my corner slot size), so I'm sending this back and replacing it with one a panelless kit.The product is amazing and works great although I had to make my own track (or buy another from someone else).

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Unusable features

Great for short boards

Zeroplay 360 Sled Kit is a good product; I am happy with my new snowmobile. The design lends itself well to longitudinal, cross and bevel cuts on relatively short boards. I was hoping to make bevel cuts three or four feet long, but a single block won't stay in the groove of my saw long enough. I ordered an additional Zeroplay corner bar to fit behind the existing bar, which increases load capacity and increases corner stiffness of the skid.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Periodicity

Good idea but mediocre product.

The idea of using a sliding table to make complex and precise cuts on a table saw is very attractive. What you get with this set is minimal in my opinion. You have to build the sled yourself, which requires some skill. The dovetail cuts you will cut as directed can be made with a standard dovetail cutter. That's true, but Zeroplay makes a modified cutter for about $25 that's probably better for sliding plastic parts. The plastic piece that can be adjusted to fit your corner slot is not that…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
