Product container not sealed properly causing leaks (including anywhere on the packaging). There doesn't seem to be any way to pull out napkins.

I was hesitant to purchase after reading other reviews of the product leaking/unsealed. Mine arrived completely sealed, no leaks. Maybe just luck – who knows! This is the same brand we use in clinics and administrative offices. The sheets look a little smaller than household brand napkins but don't compromise functionality. The containers are sealed with an opaque film to prevent drying out. Given the lack of other products, the price seems high, but not one I would rank. like price gouging.
