If like me you have a head unit in a vintage car then you need this little gem. My head unit is in a 1974 VW bus and the parking brake switches don't even exist for my car. I connected this to the wiring harness and it worked. Now I can play videos!

It was easy to install with a few built in connectors. (Be sure to use cables that accept 16 AWG or 18 AWG wire.) The video plays fine without the parking brake connected. I've found that the video plays by simply grounding the parking brake wire from the device, but I understand that this can only work for a short time as the head radio is smarter than me.

Good grounding solution for Sony radios. After reading various forums I tried to ground the wire that needs to be grounded for the parking brake to the metal frame in the car and it didn't work.
