Pay attention to the color as they don't answer if you want to swap for a different color. Light, thin plastic, but looks like wood from a distance.

We ordered white and it's odd ivory - they are also smaller than stated. Wanted to return but there is an 18% restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping yourself. Ultimately, getting your money back is worth more than going and not using it. MONEY LOSS, BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent quality. The holes are not drilled, which is a disadvantage. We bought 9 sets. 1 set came without screws. I contacted the company and unfortunately it took so much documentation before they sent me a package of screws for a kit that was missing screws. Instead I decided to go to Home Depot as we don't have time to play games and we want them to hang everything properly. For this reason I do not recommend this company.

Don't waste your money. There are better quality McDonald's toys out there. The shutters I received are ALL so warped that there will be gaps between the wall and the shutters when I install them. The clasp looks awful from the side and doesn't match the texture from the front. I tried to return and the seller charges a 20% restocking fee and I am responsible for shipping. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The gate is basically built as a sandcastle toy. The back is hollow.

Item delayed. Poor communication (Revain doesn't even indicate it was sent or I received it). I canceled the order due to a delay and a week later the blinds were delivered by UPS. Blinds have no backing so they tend to warp hence the need for many screws. (Two types of screws are supplied via Revain) Looks ok from a distance but won't be buying again. They're cheap, they look cheap, but they're vinyl. The good news is that they are made in the USA.

We have had blinds on the front of the house for 13 years and finally decided to put them on the side. We ordered the same brand installed by the developer. Yes we were surprised to learn it was vinyl but the originals look almost new and have never had any maintenance. They ordered the same. They are made in the USA and are of good quality, they are also well priced, very easy to install and look great. Nobody but you will ever know it's vinyl. So why pay more and worry about the service?
