Saw a local contractor using them. I was able to find the make and model number and started looking at Revain. I love the color and the look and they were very easy to install. With free shipping, the price was more than fair. I am very happy.

I bought these curtains for over $400. instead of my old one. Nothing but garbage. They say made in the USA. The company should be ashamed for putting the US on this product. no support and very thin. As far as I can understand. Not worth $150.00 for all of this. You should be ashamed.

Dealing with small pictures and description was misleading. As soon as the box arrived the picture on the box was both a picture of a raised panel and a blind. It looks like it could work anyway. Dealing with third parties is difficult and replenishing even if you order the right product is a pleasure. Plus shipping for my money.

These blinds are good. Made of PVC material and easy to install. However, this company will not do anything to correct its mistake by sending the wrong size. What they sent was the completely wrong size, but as I waited over 30 days (I guess it's not unusual) to install and therefore didn't realize their error, they didn't do anything.

I ordered 2 pairs of blinds, one arrived damaged. When I contacted Revain and the seller to return it, it was only then that I was told the return policy was that I would have to pay for return shipping and be charged a restocking fee. I am skeptical about the quality they last a very long time if easily damaged in transit. They look ok after installation, I just hope they don't break as easily at my house as they did in the post.

Product OK, just mislabelled. We have burgundy shutters, front door and screen door. They appeared and are noticeably more maroon, on the edge of a brick. Not a single neighbor thought she was burgundy. All of the boxes are labeled burgundy, but what the manufacturer calls burgundy doesn't even come close. If you want real burgundy, order the grape. They want $113 for returning three cases (6 blinds) plus a 20% restocking fee. Ridiculous! We now have maroon shutters and a maroon front door.

Blinds arrived quickly; However, the color did not match my home. They were a quality product, just didn't meet my needs. Support has responded to my return request. However, I didn't know that I would have to pay for the shipping costs. I paid over $50 to return two pairs of blinds. It was a bit shocking - make sure you are 100% sure the color you ordered is perfect. It would be great if the company sold a color swatch for customers to use before ordering. I was very happy when these blinds arrived a week early because we were able to install them while the weather was still nice. I would advise anyone installing on vinyl to omit the bolt tips and use metal screws, you'll save yourself a lot of time and hassle. We used to have bolt tips but this time we used screws and it's a lot easier. We bought classic blue and are generally very happy with the color. I am very impressed and pleased with these shutters and here is why. First, they arrived very quickly! The delivery was scheduled for a few weeks and I received it in a few days! You look great. I have ordered blinds to be installed on my garage windows and the color matches my other shutters perfectly. Installation was easy too! I cleaned up the holes drilled earlier and used a rubber mallet to push through the shutters. A little tip: make sure you drill the hole deep, otherwise the locks…
