For the most part I get great results with these dishwasher tabs. I usually use a technique I learned from the artisan: I place a small juice glass right side up on the top shelf and fill it to the brim with vinegar. This helps keep the glass clean and reduces the amount of dirt that collects around the filter in our Miele dishwasher. When we used Cascade, the glasses became cloudy. They seem to work how Miele intends to control foam and they clean just like Cascade Liquid. They are wrapped in soluble cornstarch wrapper with a cryptic image on the box with a red X indicating they should NOT be unwrapped.
