My dog chewed through the previous three leashes in two hours or less. Not like this! Difficult conditions! The carabiner that attaches the leash to the collar is also quite heavy, which I don't particularly like. However, I love the leash!

That lasted a week. The black coated areas chewed up in minutes and that clip, well, the part holding it in place got stuck rendering the whole thing unusable. Not great but you get what you pay for.

The handle and clip don't rotate so it's very inconvenient to use this leash unless you always pull it out fully. Otherwise, it should have a locking carabiner and definitely be durable. I wouldn't buy again because it's a bad product

Well... I cut the grip off and replaced it with a 12 inch leather grip. I also disabled the Caribean because it was flimsy, cheap and stuck all the time. I replaced it with Caribbean "S" stainless steel, which works well. Pretty much the only good thing is the cable itself.

This cable fits my Cane Corso puppy. It is disappointing that the carabiner is NOT a twist lock as shown in the picture, but a slide lock that comes loose. The cable is perfect, the grip is comfortable. Also, the carabiner is too small for me, so I cut it out and replaced it with my own twistlock carabiner.

This is a strong and quality leader for the price. It is well made, lightweight and has a comfortable grip. The leash's reflective properties make it great for night walks. 4 stars due to the round screw buckle on the snap button, it's difficult to use with a squirming excited puppy and gets stuck sometimes. But even with this small blemish, I can only recommend this product.

Very strong and our terrier mix can't chew it. As others have said, a carabiner clip is not as simple as a clip lead. But the carabiner is well made. The strap on the handle is comfortable and very reflective, but the leash itself is not very reflective - see photo. The PetSafe 3-in-1 Harness is reflective, but the leash really isn't "bright" at night. Would recommend if you have an aggressive chewer.

Bought for our pup who literally chews everything, even the TV remote. There was a black piece next to the collar that she was chewing through, and I didn't know it was plastic. I took it off and the leash works without. There is also a plastic tube around the entire metal part of the leash which she is starting to gnaw through as well. If I had known it was plastic I would have bought something else as it is a choking hazard especially the black piece she has already chewed.

This leash was bought to replace a strong leash which my dog chewed through unsupervised and I really don't think he would ever do it. chew this one. Before buying I read two reviews that the dog chewed on the black plastic plug caps but when used as a leash the dog can't even reach them.
