Great concept but easy to spill

I LOVE the concept of freezing milk in small batches but the design is confusing. THE GOOD: It saves me from having to re-thaw an entire bag when my kid just needs a little more. I'm sure it will be very helpful if we start introducing baby food or mixing breast milk with puree. The size can easily be halved, giving an increase of half an ounce. COULD BE BETTER: The walls are so close to the level that you run the risk of spilling if you don't put EXACTLY that level in the freezer. (It takes…

Some reasons not to buy

In theory, this product is great! Practically not so much.1. After removing the frozen sticks, a greasy residue remains on the tray. This tells me it is getting deposited in the milk and therefore a very important nutrient/part of the milk is not getting to my baby.2. It is difficult to put the tray in the freezer. I don't have a freezer drawer so I can't do what someone suggested and pour the milk into the tray if it's already in the freezer. To keep the tray in the freezer so the milk doesn't

I love these trays! suitable for breastfeeding

We bought these bowls a few weeks ago, just before the birth of our second child. We have always used pouches for our eldest daughter, which worked well, but we wasted a lot of milk on them and they were quite expensive to buy. Our youngest daughter is now one month old and due to the overfullness problem I had to express milk immediately. Although I haven't used them for an incredibly long time, I can definitely say that they are worth buying. ADVANTAGES: - Cheaper than milk storage bags. This

Good product! suitable for breastfeeding

I love these trays. This is the only product I have used to store milk since my baby was born about 2 months ago. I was gifted a couple of breast milk storage bags but never used them because it's so easy and seems less wasteful than using many small bags. is on the shelf in the freezer. If you pour milk into a tray on your kitchen counter and fill it up to the fill line, you're more likely to spill it on the way to the freezer. If milk squirts, the lid will freeze to the tray and you'll end up

I like this idea. However, the execution let us down a bit.

(1) This must be hand washed. This isn't a problem for me as I mostly hand wash everything, but at least I always have the option to dip these items in boiling water to sterilize them. I usually do this when opening a new box of stuff before first use. Things are different with that. (2) Hard plastic makes getting frozen milk harder than it should be. You can't squeeze out the half-cylinders like ice cubes in a silicone ice tray, and the hard plastic doesn't even flex that much. However, breast
