In addition to the delicious scent, the shampoo works well in the hard water we have in our area. Recommended by my hairdresser. After she used it on my hair, I bought some to take home and continued to enjoy how my hair looked after shampooing. I also bought an accompanying conditioner to apply after shampooing and leave on the hair. I was so pleased that I continued to buy Milk Shake shampoo and conditioner.

Extremely disappointed with this product as it smells absolutely awful, like a very strong plastic smell. 2 stars deducted for this. Highly recommended! Removed the blue streak right out of my hair that had been touched up for months, silvered my dirty blonde yellow hair and my kids' in ONE wash. Smells good, lasts a long time and doesn't dry us out. The only purple shampoo I've ever seen works so well and so fast. Before left after washing right. Just a few days.

I started using this product a few months ago. My hairdresser recommended it to lighten my gray hair. After using this product for about a week, I noticed hairs on the towel and piling up in the shower drain. I reported this to my hairdresser and they told me it was not the right product. I googled ingredients that cause hair loss and indeed they were found in this product. I would advise you to stay away from this product. I now use apple cider vinegar to naturally lighten my hair.
