Not bad for the price

I got this to use my gaming headset with a PC and PS4 connected to a USB switch. It works great and has pretty decent sound quality for under ten bucks. However, in Windows 10 it is limited to DVD quality at 48000 Hz. This adapter also supports several Windows 10 enhancements such as bass boost, volume equalization, and virtual surround sound that improve audio quality. Not as good as the headphone jack on my computer, but the USB convenience is worth it.

Audio output sounds perfect, audio input is not the best

Okay, I think it's a great little package for people who work from home, but when it comes to audio input is there a fairly noticeable noise or minimal noise level. I uploaded a video to compare the audio from my mobile phone with a headset plugged in versus the audio from a headset plugged into a USB audio adapter. For that reason I can't recommend it as an interface for something like Twitch streaming, but it's fine if you're just trying to work from home!

Excellent headphone adapter

I use this USB to 3.5mm headphone adapter to connect my headphones to the USB ports on a desktop monitor. The headphone cords are too short to reach my computer on the floor and I can still move around comfortably. My headphones worked straight away with no setup required. I'm using Windows 10. Excellent build quality. No setup required on a Mac

This cable allowed me to connect audio through a USB-C hub so I only had one connection when I sat down at my laptop. I also now have an available audio input on my Macbook so I can plug in my headset mic and a separate speaker. I like to do this sometimes because the sound in my speakers is amazing and my headset is so-so. The sound quality of the microphone through this adapter is excellent. The jack does not match the headphone jack properly.

I loved this product because it met my needs exactly. But no. The connection from your/my headphones when plugged into the 3.5mm jack on the MillSO MOST of the time does not connect properly. If you can set it right, all is well, but the slightest movement can reset it. I read some reviews before buying and unfortunately did not take them into account. There are a couple of questions. Works exactly how I need it

I bought this to use when I want to listen to music on my computer with headphones. Before using this device, I used to plug headphones into a port on my desktop speakers, which works fine but just isn't practical. What I wanted and now have is a way to switch from desktop speakers to headphones via the audio setting in the taskbar so I don't have to plug and unplug my headphones. Why, because I'm lazy and want to be able to make changes while keeping my feet up on the desk with the keyboard on

Fatal error with outgoing audio echo at the input of what I got, a very loud mic preamp

***UPDATE*** 03/20/2021 A Millso representative contacted me to try to fix the fix error issue. They issued me a replacement adapter and I have yet to find out if it has the same problem as the original adapter. Thanks to them for trying to fix things.
