Must-have Tool for Automotive Diagnostics

To test the boat's starter battery. The battery should be in good condition. Walked out to the river, the boat won't start at the end of the day. Sent back, charged, tested again with this tester. He said again that the battery was in good condition. When I returned to the river two weeks later, the same thing happened again. Reloaded, good test again.
