Hey where's the plastic sleeve that should come with the cloth sleeve. With this fabric case I could buy the same device cheaper. Please reply, thanks Randy.

I have many, many millions of dollars in heavy equipment and spend grease on pallets. I have used all types and brands of grease guns. This is the best electric grease gun on the market.

Where I work we have used Dewalt, Makita, Lincoln and now use Milwaukee (for the last few years). We had different brands of grease guns (as well as drills, saws, etc.). The Milwaukee brand has proven to be reliable and durable compared to other well-known brands.

No hard case. Can't tell how it works, open it up and find that it doesn't come with the hard case shown in the picture I based my order on. Now I see that several other buyers had the same problem. Why don't you just show us exactly what we're getting? Dissatisfied.

The seller is excellent also the seller providing ends and tools. In fact, they can be the same people. The only problem is that one of the guns, which is about six months old, has a dead battery. I'm not sure if it's still under warranty. But for the most part everyone likes pistols and hard cocking points. Greasing big trucks is now easy.

Overall a great gun. The batteries that come with it are a bit small (I can oil 2 diggers on a single charge per battery) so I highly recommend purchasing the gun separately and buying multiple packs of 5.0 or higher. In addition, the high-low speed mode often breaks from stuck pins, and the high-slide mode allows for quick and easy lubrication until the grease is squeezed out of the pin hole.

In preparation for using the Milwaukee 2646-22CT M18 18V Li-Ion Cordless 2-Speed Grease Gun with 2 batteries, I tried charging the batteries. Only one battery was charged, the second is defective. I read many reviews and many had the same problem as me. How can Milwaukee Tools allow such poor inspection and proof testing? Now we have to see how we can get replacements. I hope the real device works as described?!

My boys have only used it once and passed 13 tubes of wind turbine grease but they love it. pumps grease faster than the Lincoln 110v grease gun we typically use and much faster than the DeWalt 20v grease gun. with soft case. We don't use a case, so it doesn't affect us, but it's misleading. Supplied with 1.5 Ah batteries. Maybe it's not a problem for most, but for us it's important. Pumped up 5 tubes of lube and died on the 6th. The second battery did the same, so we ended up at Lincoln.

Great Product This item does not ship with a hard case. If a person finds a hard case for this product, it is leftover stock. Milwaukee no longer sells Hard Case products. They offer packaging/carrying cases that are not specific to any particular instrument, so be sure to check the size of the box to best suit your instrument's needs.
