Cuts super accurate. There is no hesitation.

These new hole saws cannot be compared. It cuts very precisely (does not wobble or "wander") and is much easier to remove the "hole" in the bit. Use steel cutting oil. Doesn't matter!

Pros
  • Power Tools and Hand Tools
Cons
  • Expensive

A strong drill requires a strong drill.

Cutting through truck frame very quickly. The only downside is you need a BIG torque drill to power it. If you have something in the 500 inch range and you're drilling thick steel, you're probably going to smoke out your drill bit.

Pros
  • Electric drill parts and accessories
Cons
  • unreliable

If you need to cut metal, spend the extra $10 and choose Lenox .=UTF8&psc=1). I was trying to cut through the sheet metal housing on my '74 CJ5 for the new LED turn signals and the first hole took 15 minutes and the hole saw was so dull it barely scratched the paint on the second hole. I returned it, bought a Lenox and it cut through butter like a hot knife.

Pros
  • Hole Saws and Accessories
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
