I ordered 2 of these for our office and 1 arrived broken, when I tried to return it it was past the 'return date' and now we are stuck with a broken wagon that serves no purpose . .

The first one I received broke after two weeks. Revain sent another one and it broke within a week. Sent the second back and secured the first with a clip. Now, after about a month, the wheels are becoming flexible and difficult to push or pull. Foldable plastic part and wheels - junk.

I don't know how this product got the good reviews from previous customers. The trolley folds up easily and has a large shelf underneath. But there is a locking button for the telescoping knob that doesn't work to hold the telescoping handle in place once it's extended, which makes me wonder why the locking button even exists. I bought this truck for my daughter to haul a heavy tool and she didn't realize it had a defect until I pointed it out just before using it for the first time. We can…
