Works much better than 4 cell version

Works as expected so far. Works much better than the 4 cell version even with 4 batteries and will power my USB devices even when the batteries are dead. Get this 6 cell version, only use 4 batteries but increase to 6 if needed. I use it as a waterproof battery case to charge my USB devices when hiking or biking, mostly with 4 batteries in it. It would be ideal if it could be charged with USB, 12V and direct sunlight.

  • Decent performance

A 6 pack works well but one bag can be used

I use these to run several very bright multi led bike lights for a few/several hours on end. They hold my sturdy Panasonic cameras with no problem. The handles for tightening are a little clunky. I usually squeeze the lid on each side with my fingers and then tighten the handles at the same time. What worries me the most is the fact that it comes with a rather odd strap instead of a pouch. It would be much better with a case, especially with a strap. All in all, this is a great case. Better…

Good battery replacement for Cree T6 bike light

Replaced the old 4 cell 8.4v shrink wrapped battery for the Cree Xml T6 bike light. This works with 4 or 6 cell 18650. With 6 lithium batteries Cree lasted a maximum of 6 hours! This case also has a USB power connector. Batteries can only be charged with an 8.4V charger (NOT SUPPLIED), but if you are replacing an old, lightweight battery, this charger will work just fine. Also keep in mind that this case is larger than a sealed battery. It's 4.25 inches and the old battery is about 3 inches, so

Good battery pack for $$$

This is a good case for the price. It feels solid, and the lid and ports feel waterproof. This device allowed me to use higher quality Samsung cells in my LED bike light battery. I know the case mentions having anti-leak protection, but I'm not sure. After running my battery pack until the lights turned off, the voltage of each battery cell was about 3V, which may be too low to safely charge these batteries. 1 universal cell working time: 4 hours 55 minutes

Poor quality - cuts off small bumps/rattles.

This bag is a piece of junk. The batteries are too loose inside and the power cuts momentarily when going over small bumps - this causes the bike light to go out and the cord has to be unplugged and then plugged back in to turn the light back on - not very ideal, if you drive more than 40 miles downhill an hour in the dark. Do yourself a favor and get a similar TrustFire 6x 18650 pack instead at the URL below, which is around the same price, is excellent quality, and has no failures due to its…

Decent body with the best lighting parts and accessories

I've been using the 18650 battery for several years to power flashlights and charge my phone while cycling. My problem was that the packs were not weatherproof and often failed due to corrosion. Since 18650 batteries are very popular, they can be purchased quite cheaply. So I decided to try these cases and I am very happy with the results. I have two cases. I only use one at a time, but I always like to have a spare (just in case I forgot to charge the night before) and multi-day trips. I was a

Seems sturdy enough to fit in a pannier.

This 6 battery version is better than the 4 battery version only because it has two screws holding the cover in place. Am a vaper with lots of 18650 batteries to reuse and chargers. Needed something to spruce up an old Cree T6 bike light. Appears to be well built. In fact, you can tighten and loosen both cover screws at the same time. It might help to understand how small this thing is. Easily fits in a small handlebar bag. A little remark. The thread on one lid is slightly damaged. If I do…
