They are very similar in size and match Ergon grips for less money. I have both and will see how these cheaper pens hold up. These handles have retaining rings on both ends so they don't have to rotate and are great for a mirror.

I've been using these pens for a few months now. Overall I am satisfied. They don't eliminate nerve numbness in your hands, but they help relieve it by allowing you to change your hand position while driving. I have shifters on my bike and I have no problem changing gears.

Good grip and grip but not good for trails so I may have to return it and buy it without the horn. I felt that the horns took up a little more room, making braking and shifting more difficult. I would have a different opinion if I bought it for local and road bikes.

I really like the shape of these handles because I can hold them by the ends and they are good to hold regularly too.
