It's a thermocouple not a thermistor

I would have given it 5 stars but I couldn't because the product was mislabelled. On the other hand, I wanted a thermocouple, so I'm happy with the product and my first tests showed acceptable results.

Skip them if you want accuracy

Both probes are off 11 degrees when you're in HVAC, that's the difference between charged and supercharged. They read 106 degrees compared to the other two fieldpiece probes and the outside thermometer, which read 95 degrees.

Accurate, easy to use, handle with care.

My reference sensor was accurate to 0.2 dec. Wasn't expecting such accuracy for the price. Likely to be within the temperature control range. Better strain relief at the end of the connector can be used. Just don't move or pull, it's a tool after all. Easy to use.

They work reliably and look just as accurate as the Fluke original.

Responds faster than my $100 Ultra Fast Cooking High Speed probe, and the cord went over the edge of a 50,000 BTU wok burner with no issues, heat at the edge blow out. I can't think of a better replacement at any price to exactly replace my Fluke. Fast delivery.

Accuracy questionable

Well made product, arrived quickly. However, the temperature readings from this sensor differed from other sensors by 2-4 degrees. This was confirmed by several probes on different recorders. I need very accurate temperature measurements with the Traceable and this product is not for me.

Questionable accuracy

I have a small bench top oven for heat treatment experiments. I figured it would be a better solution than sticking a wire thermocouple in the door, and it is. However, at 1100F it's about 4-5% less compared to the controller and two other thermocouples I've tried. It gets better around 2000 F, the drop is around 1.5%. Everything else works fine. I have higher quality options when I need them. I only use these to log the data to see the time at the temperature.
