I had high hopes for this; Storage 4 TB, good reviews. However, 6 months after purchase, 4 months after I started using it, I get "Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)". I've tried everything including getting a new USB cable, updating Windows, messing around with power settings, going into device manager and uninstalling, checking for updated drivers, and more.
