This is comfortable, I'm average build, about 130lbs, ordered large. I think if I ordered a medium it would be too tight in the hands.

I was looking for the perfect long sleeve tracksuit that is great for fall/winter but still cute and not too baggy. I love how you can tie the back to make it more flattering on your body and the cut out detail is great for showing off cute sports bras. Definitely recommend. True to size. I'm 5'7 142lbs and the little one fits perfectly!

I bought two of these shirts and yes they are cute and the design on the back is amazing. However, as the name suggests, I obviously bought it to go to the gym and work out. I wear a medium size but wanted a looser fit so I ordered a size up. The top is too small, the length is uncomfortable, the sleeves cannot be worn over the thumb holes because the sleeves are too short, so it pulls. The bar is so high that I have to pull down to get it down while I practice. I'll end up cutting an inch or two down the center of the neck so it doesn't rub. My workout area is in the basement and is great in the summer. It's cold in winter, and when I'm doing a more relaxed workout like yoga instead of barre or weights, I don't warm up enough for the short sleeves to be comfortable. This long sleeve top worked well.
