Do not buy Mirro Aluminum products!

This frying pan set is terrible! It was good when we started using it, but wore out VERY FAST! The teflon started peeling off after a few weeks of use!

Pros
  • Aluminum construction for fast and even heating; Non-stick inner surface for easy food release
Cons
  • I'm worried

Fits cookware sets

You're fine. The first day I cooked with it, the pot underneath burned and turned black. But for a reasonable price you can't expect anything else. Red color dark red/bordeaux. Good for a school boy's first pots and pans.

Pros
  • 8" skillet, 10" skillet, pot with 1 quart lid, pot with 2 quart lid, fryer with 5 quart lid, slotted spatula and spatula
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Quality 50/50: Cookware

Frying pans are easy to clean, but when I use them, the metal part binds the handle and the pan gets very hot and the plastic material will start to burn and give off a terrible smell. It's poisonous and it's a shame because I thought these good pots would be available.

Pros
  • Soft-grip silicone handles stay cool for a secure and comfortable grip
Cons
  • There are quirks

Great product for the price

Great product for the price. I was a little annoyed that the lids of the pots didn't fit the pans. I have an almost identical set from another manufacturer which I replaced with this one and this is how they were made. It's okay, but sometimes it's a good idea to cover the pan with a lid.

Pros
  • Product built to North American electrical standards
Cons
  • Appearance

Great sentence! In earnest.

This is a great buy for less than $50. The parts have a good weight and are well made. The handles are amazing, provide a firm, non-slip, well-balanced grip. The lids are ventilated and durable. That they don't fit in the pans seems like a baseless complaint to me. I still don't use lids when frying. The set looks great and is easy to clean. The heat distribution is also good. Their heavier weight seems to disperse heat better than most. As for some other reviewers' complaints about the…

Pros
  • Tempered glass lid with large turning knobs
Cons
  • Waiting too long
