Wider handlebar mirror

Daytime = small mirror for the immediate left or right lane of the biker. Images (car) are visually lost against the road and skyline AND can't see the second lane (no extended view unless you rotate the mirror = difficult while driving). EVENING = better visibility through car and motorcycle headlights. CANNOT recommend this product, BUYER - Get a sturdy, wider mirror on your handlebar.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Frequency

Pretty handy for many uses.

I found the quality to be really good for the price. It has a large diameter. Children may struggle with its size. The band is comfortable and looks like a high quality velcro. I'm of average height, suitable for an adult. I wear it on my left forearm. I believe this provided the fastest, largest field, and most stable view. If an adult or child struggles with this I would give it a try.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for older people

Difficult to set up, blurred vision.

Worn on the elbow it probably works, but on the wrist it closes the hand and isn't very useful. On the wrist it tends to sit on the top, flatter part and if your handlebars fall off that's fine. Also doesn't work on a straight pole. It is very difficult to adjust the mirror by turning it. I would use the one that sticks to the steering wheel. At least you don't have to turn it on and off and set it up every time.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • A few minor things

Fake reviews again

The convex mirror makes everything so tiny you can't see the car behind you. worn on wrist) The maximum strap diameter of 4 inches is too small to fit on a man's forearm with any clothing, let alone a jacket. What a bunch of fake reviews on this product. People claim to have bought it for a mountain biker. As if it could be used on bumpy tracks. People say you just have to put it high on your hand. For example, a 4 inch diameter can fit in the hand of an average clothed person. Kayla Crane has…

Easily portable and easy to use bike mirror

I recently bought a new bike that doesn't fit the mirror's handlebars, a hybrid bike with the handlebars reversed. I tried the helmet mirror and found that it's very small, I needed to concentrate, I'm farsighted and spent more time using it than looking at where I was going. So I tried this mirror on my wrist and will never go back to any other style. The mirror is lightweight and the cloth/velcro strap adjusts easily and doesn't sweat at all which was an issue. Depending on where you place it

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • Hard to say

For best results, place this device on your forearm, not your wrist!

This mirror does exactly what it was designed to do. when you find that sweet spot on your hand! After trying several angles and locations along the arm, I found that "just below the elbow" is the best spot for me. Once I found the right angle and position, this baby became a must-have for my commute, workouts, and tours. Just be a little open minded on where the best point is and I promise you will learn to love and rely on this rear view mirror for all your cycling needs. After seeing this…
