The packaging is perfect and the amount of junk it pulls out is frightening. I was shocked and got checked after the first 100 miles. They say it takes 2 hours to install, but everything is done in 20 minutes. I'll buy a trap for each car until we all have power

I have a 2011 Ecoboost F150 Platty. Installation took about 30 minutes. A threaded hole was somehow missing on the driver's side. My only complaint is the location. Seems like draining the water is a real pain in the ass. The seals on the banks are very good, it is quite difficult to unscrew them. They have a threaded hole in the bottom of the cans so I'll see if I can find a ball valve so I can drain the water instead.

I received this kit and couldn't install it on my engine because the hose thread adapters for the large can were wrong and didn't fit the can. It actually took over 2 weeks to get the correct hose adapters from Mishimoto customer service. after telling them my kit is defective. If I had to remodel I would not purchase this product and I cannot in good faith recommend this product.

Very easy to install. Instructions were simple but setup was easy. Basically plug and play the hoses after installing the cans on the firewall. I drained a pint of oil and water from the turbo cooler lines for the first 3,000 miles. Direct Mount! Warning: My only warning is that a can came pre-assembled (the top of the can is bolted to the bracket). I thought the other tin wasn't attached, but after opening that tin I found a packet of small hex head screws in the box. I spent 10 minutes…

The kit appears to be well made. The canisters are made of metal and the fittings are made of plastic. The supply and return lines are thick rubber and feel much more durable than Ford's thin and brittle plastic lines. Fittings are also factory level. I installed the kit and immediately did an oil change. I'll see what's in the jars in 1000 miles or so. It's really annoying that this $400 kit doesn't come with detailed written instructions. Thanks to YouTube I felt safe during the installation.

I bought this kit in April 2020, installation was easy, after a couple of weeks I noticed the smell of oil in my truck, upon further inspection I found that the passenger side hoses are leaking collapsed under vacuum as I accelerated. I contacted Mishimoto, they sent new hoses, the hoses they sent didn't fit my truck so I contacted them again this time, they sent new hoses that fit but did the same as the first set, they shrink under Vacuum. Installation was very easy by watching the installation video on Youtube. Quality and fit are excellent. The photo shows what leaked from the PCV canister (passenger side) after about 1000 km. If this amount stays constant I can calculate the timing of future oil change dumps (3-5k miles). I have never written a Revain review, but Mishimoto's excellent customer service made me write this one. One of the CCV hoses I received had a misaligned o-ring in the quick connector.
