Fits perfectly. Works as advertised.

Works as advertised. Perfect fit for my 2000 Honda Civic Ex (D16Y8 engine). This made the car colder. Edit: stopped working after less than a month. the car overheated, I had to put a normal fan switch. not good.

Pros
  • Switch
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Keeps cool but not too cold

Bought this before and it has helped my car run cooler in the summer. I used a regular thermostat to keep it as warm as the engine wants, but lower the fan switch to keep it from going above it. Plug n play switch. And Nevet had a problem with the last one.

Pros
  • Switches and relays
Cons
  • Wire shorter than others

On the way home one day when the temperature was 94 degrees (air conditioner on), the engine cooling fan stopped working completely and the temperature started to rise. Not wanting to risk a head gasket in a traffic jam, I stopped, called AAA, and had the car towed to be safe. My mechanic…
