Poor fit, needs a lot of adjustment

Good quality silicone but absolutely poor fit. The MAP sensor hole is too large and requires STRONG trimming to use the MAP sensor bracket; and even then it doesn't let the map sensor sit in the TBB like the OEM does. Also, the holes for the twin tubes have to be significantly trimmed to allow the standard twin tubes to penetrate the TBB far enough not to start the motor fan.

Pros
  • AD: W: 0.93" X: 2.32" Y: 2.32" Z: 3.23"
Cons
  • Secret

Do not buy. Will not fit as a factory part.

Not suitable as OEM. The size is not the same everywhere. I read that the map sensor position had to be trimmed a bit to fit properly which is true but this does not allow the AUDI plastic engine cover to be refitted as the map is too high. The dust boot where it connects to the throttle body was too long causing my twin tube pipe in front of the clutch fan to touch and scrape. It feels solid and that's the only good thing I have to say. I will not buy again.

Pros
  • Silicone upper
Cons
  • Almost OK

It works but not as thick and strong as it looks

It works but not as thick and strong as it looks and after connecting the sensor I couldn't put the stock engine cover back on because the sensor is too high. If I could buy again I would buy a 034 Motorsports for the same price!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Upgradeable

The fit is poor, needs a lot of trimming

Good quality silicone but the connectors are complete bullshit.

Pros
  • The price is excellent
Cons
  • The working speed

The quality is good, the only drawback is that the fittings didn't fit.

Seems to be good quality, only downside is the fit is not perfect, the top hole that the MAP sensor fits is too high which isn't a big issue since I got this left the factory because I didn't feel the need to. The hose clamp holding the sensor is OK. Also, I really like this item, it seems to be of good quality although I can't confirm its durability yet, I've driven it about 400 miles and it handles 10psi well. I would buy it again, good price and seems quite meaty.

Pros
  • 1 year trial period
Cons
  • Nothing
