Works perfectly! good for radiators

Works great! I love the all metal construction. All welds are very good. The magnetic drain plug actually catches a lot of mud. Fans run less than on the standard bike in traffic. Just make sure if you're ordering this for an automatic transmission you have or can get a good transmission cooler. It does not have a built-in heatsink. When it was installed the car ran much cooler on hot days than it did with the old stock cooler.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Having problems

Cooler works fine but the lid does not overflow or return from the reservoir. The manufacturer and the seller were in contact. They sent me a new hat. Be careful and follow Mishimoto's instructions to hand tighten the connector plus 1/4 turn. My drain plug size is 12Mx1.5, not M16x1.5 as the description says.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Will be added later

Great radiator, suitable for engine cooling and air conditioning

It's a bit thicker than the original but fits (mostly). The only issue I had was the fan mount on the driver's side (right mount). It wasn't aligned and it's damn hard to maneuver and align. I leveled it but damn it. I'm also not sure if it was just mine, but be very careful not to let the driver's side fan cover rub against the AC exhaust pipe at the bottom of the driver's side fan. Mine rubbed on it after I installed this cooler and I didn't think about it and the damn AC line ended upโ€ฆ

Animal mode for engine cooling and air conditioning

The only thing that didn't suit me was the price, and who doesn't say what could be cheaper? No one. Installation was very easy and this radiator fits the space perfectly. I don't know about welding, but the welds appear to be very strong. Quality details on all sides including the lid. The gas cap/neck is very large which is also great. Rocked this cooler around town for about three months, climbing hills at 75 mph. doesn't matter, the temp stays under 190 in the Arizona heat. Did thisโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Communication with the seller

So here are the reviews of the Mishimoto MMRAD-CIV-01. The poor radius fit of OEM fans was something I definitely looked into if true. So after going insane a few days ago I had some free time over the weekend, I rode my '04 around the Rhino ramps and dug in. Yes. The fan (outlet side) spins well, but not nearly as easily as the OEM is satisfied. The air conditioning fan (driver's side) could only take one screw. Here are some other issues found on this wheel that weren't present on the OEM'sโ€ฆ
