If you want to pull and kick with it, this isn't the best option. However, they make excellent leg holders. Sturdy, they're really deep, so if you're wearing small shoes, they'll be loose.

This product is very well made, easy to assemble and is great for all types of shoes. I installed them on a mountain bike and they place my foot right on the pedal's sweet spot.

Ideal for commuting. Easy entry and exit. My only regret is that I didn't get a leather case. Adjusting to the MKS pedals was easy and there is some adjustment in the clamp, but I haven't found the optimal toe position yet.

They solved a longstanding problem of keeping my feet on the pedals without pinching my feet. They were very easy to put on and looked great. The Order took some time to reach Me; But I was pleased with the speed of the order and the customer service I received.

Thought it would be a decent upgrade from plastic to metal, but they flex if looked at the wrong way and don't really help to secure your feet to the pedals. If you ride in running shoes, they might work well, but if you're actually out on the road in less than ideal conditions to find the right place for your foot, they're mediocre.

Combined with the MKS Urban platform pedal, this is the perfect high quality addition to your commuter or messenger bike. I put them on my single speed errand machine. The half clips go equally well with my light hiking shoes and my running shoes (hokas with very thick soles). Clamps help the MKS Urban pedal hang properly so the fold-down tongue can be used for quick access to the single-sided pedal platform. This clip is made from strong steel, not flimsy aluminum, and has a nice shiny finish.
