I love them and they are great to help me temporarily.

I have purchased several of these 24 inch long for the toilet and stand up shower and one 36 inch long for the bath area. I love them and they help my temporarily disabled daughter get in and out of the shower safely and use the toilet safely. The middle part is a bit rougher than the curved part - that's what Peened stands for. They're not overly harsh but help make them safer in wet environments and I highly recommend them over smooth shiny rods.

Every home needs it

The Moen grab bar might not be the most elegant, but it could be the best, especially thanks to the texture that makes it easy to grip even with lathered hands. I had it fitted by a professional as I can't drill through the tiles and use the dowels and it is very important that the plank is fitted correctly either in the stud or using the dowels. I am very happy with the bars. I've installed them in my bathrooms (using installation anchors) as well as my brother's bathroom; In his bathroom we…

Durable Bathtub Shower Rod

I ordered this to ensure my children and guests are safe when using the shower. Someone fell, luckily not seriously. I didn't want another incident. I first bought a 16" rod locally but quickly realized it was too short to be effective. I ordered this in plaster which is just textured stainless steel. I thought I wanted the chrome to match the rest of my fixtures but that's ok. Installation was pretty easy, just finding the rivets behind the tiles. I could only find one, so the other end is…

Similar railings vary

After helping some elderly neighbors install railings I chose the Moen R87xxP series for my own bathroom. Handrails from many manufacturers seem almost identical, so why do I prefer this model? a) Moen's "87" series uses 1.25" stainless steel tubing instead of the 1.50" tubing used by Moen's "89" series and many other companies. The smaller diameter is easier for most people to hold on to, the whole assembly protrudes about 1/2 inch less from the wall and feels less "institutional". ) provides…
