Moen 🚿 S5500 Filtration Bathroom Filter Review

The hardest thing is to immediately replace a mismatched filter, you have to keep calling the master, feeling like an idiot and hammering away the excess. Not good!

Moen told me this system is compatible with the Moen faucet I already had. It doesn't fit and can't be adjusted. Revain will have NIOT return it to me. It was delivered on January 9th and today is February 8th. Revain is plagiarism.

Thread does not fit faucet. were sold as a set on Amazon and there is no way to connect them. No plumbing or plumbing store has an adapter to connect American threads to non-American threads. stuck with 2 very expensive parts that cannot be used.

. Filter works great. The taste of the water is first class. The consumption is excellent. The plumber came to install and told me that a tiny tab had broken off the manifold block. He is gone. After purchasing (for $50) another manifold directly from Moen (yes, for $50) and paying another plumber, the unit works great. If I worked on it, Moen would probably send a new collector under warranty. But figuring that out was about as hassle as paying $50.

I just received this filter and installed it with a Moen S5530SRS beverage faucet. The system was easy to install myself with a little help to hold the faucet in place while I tightened it. To be clear, I have absolutely no experience installing these things and do not consider myself a "jack of all trades" by any means.
