Recreate your trip at a great price

Very good value for money. Less than half the price of buying the same damper locally. Delivery was quick too. My 1999 Ford Ranger drives much better.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Not sure

Good Replacement - Parts

This is the OE equivalent of my 2010 Ford Ranger and probably better. Makes my ride smoother as they are nice and firm, car handles corners better.

Pros
  • Good Thing
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Installation was very easy (less than half an hour)

Bought for a 1996 Ford Ranger. Installation was very easy (less than half an hour). The rear end doesn't feel like it wobbles every time I hit a bump in corners.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Repair

They appear to be good shock absorbers and definitely helped with the ride.

They seem to be good shock absorbers and definitely help with truck driving. He doesn't jump as hard anymore. One of the shocks arrived dented, luckily this doesn't affect performance anywhere, but the packaging really should be better for them. The box fell apart. Some padding would really help a lot.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Excellent replacement shock absorbers for Ford Ranger 2002 2WD

Excellent shock absorbers. Put them on my 2002 Ford Ranger 2wd. Significant difference to the old shock absorbers with 204,000 miles. The rear is very raised and does not roll as much in corners. I've seen some other reviews that say they were damaged in shipping because they weren't shipped in their original boxes. This is not the case for me - mine came in Amazon shipping boxes and was undamaged.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not for everyone

2000 Ranger 2wd Best of Spare Parts

2000 Ranger 2wd xlt 3.0 v6 flexfuel 2 door large cab. Truck rear shock absorbers with leaf springs at the rear and coil shock absorbers at the front. I have an anti roll bar but NO torsion bar. Even though this is for the rear, check out the front suspension: you should be able to see huge springs up front. Some rangers have a torsion bar in front; Some Rangers have an anti-roll bar and huge leaf springs in the front. They come in a REAR Ranger with springs in the front. Yes, it's weird, like…

Pros
  • Outstanding Design
Cons
  • Negative Impression
