Great pair of shock absorbers for my 2001 ml320. Good fit and good handling. The package arrived on time. There weren't any instructions, but it's pretty common sense if you plan on doing it yourself and have a bit of an understanding of the mechanics.

Excellent product. Be sure to tighten the lower shock bolt to lower the wishbone on Mercedes ML. (Normally this screw would fall out, and mine did on one side.) You should actually check the torque after a few days, or just use thread locker.

It was the right product but when I opened it I found I was missing a part on both shocks but I contacted Revain customer service and they replaced them straight away. Excellent service, my replacement came quickly, that's why I give them five stars. Now for the product, I am happy with it, it fits and the ml320 runs like new, my dampers are no longer making noise.

My 2001 ML430 with 200,000 miles is running like new again. Supplied with all bushings and other hardware required for proper installation. I wasn't planning on paying an exorbitant price for factory or aftermarket shocks and they appear to be of high quality and work reasonably well. The truck drives well, the ride is not sharp, very smooth.

They fit and work ok not great just ok. You should reuse old shock absorber hardware, as the parts that come with it are virtually useless. Driveability was GOOD initially (mind you they aren't as firm and controllable as German Bilsteins, Sachs etc EVEN WHEN NEW!) but after about 10,000 miles I noticed a slight drop in performance. At 25,000 miles they are almost completely dead. Buy a Bilstein.
